Whether you’re competing, coaching, or judging, this online workshop will give you the clarity and confidence needed to navigate the Barista Championship with skill and purpose.
Led by WCC Representative and Certified Judge Trent Rollings, this session offers a comprehensive walkthrough of the competition structure, judging expectations, and key strategies for success—whether it’s your first championship or your fifth.
What We’ll Cover:
Breakdown of the Barista Championship format and flow
Roles and responsibilities of technical and sensory judges
What each score category is really evaluating
How to interpret and apply the scoring scales of the championship
Tips for aligning presentations with judging mindsets
The 2-hour presentation will be followed by an optional 30-minute live Q&A where you can bring your questions and scenarios directly to the table.
